Free Wallpaper Personal-Use License Explained
The wallpapers are free to download, but they are not public-domain files. You receive permission for defined personal uses while Cosmic Throttle retains ownership of the artwork and photography.

1. What personal use allows
- Use the wallpapers on devices you personally own or control.
- Make personal backup copies.
- Crop or resize a wallpaper for your own screen.
- Share a screenshot of your own device displaying a wallpaper.
2. What the license prohibits
- Do not resell, redistribute, upload, gift, sublicense, or give away the source files.
- Do not place the files in another wallpaper pack, archive, app, template, or product.
- Do not use them in advertising, client work, merchandise, branding, or another commercial project without separate written permission.
- Do not claim the photography or finished artwork as your own.
- Do not use the files to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or populate an AI or machine-learning dataset or model.
- Do not remove ownership information and then redistribute the files.

4. Free does not transfer ownership
